United Methodist Student Day Nov. 29


United Methodist Student Day, Sunday, November 29, is one of six church-wide Special Sundays with offerings in The United Methodist Church. United Methodist Student Day calls the church to support students as they prepare for life in uniting faith with knowledge. The special offering provides scholarships for qualified United Methodist applicantsThe program is administered by the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry for United Methodist Student Day scholarships. This Board awards 3,500 students annually.

United Methodist Student Day is about more than raising money for students challenged with money problems. Offerings collected on this special Sunday are also about bright futures and about turning problems into possibilities. Place your offering in the special Student Day envelope included with the bulletin on Sunday morning, November 29. Your donation enriches ministry and connects students to their faith.
