You Are Invited to Worship and Celebrate the Gospel with Us!

Worship at Cedar Cross is a blend of contemporary and traditional forms. A wonderful variety of music is a special feature that enhances our awareness of God’s grace and the invitation to follow and grow in Christ. Along with our vocal choirs for adults and children and our Bell Choir, many fine vocal and instrumental musicians provide special music throughout the year to help deepen our connection with God and each other.

Unless otherwise announced on this web site and through our Cedar Crossings email, sent out each week, Sunday worship occurs at 9 and 10:30 am. Most Sunday services include the Sacrament of Communion. On the 3rd Sunday of each month, a service of healing is usually included in worship for those who wish to be anointed for healing or blessing.

Our Cedar Crossings email (hard copies also available) also includes information and helpful information from Pastor Randy Henderson to help everyone prepare for the weekly scripture and worship themes. Call or email the church office (425-338-7845) if you would like to receive Cedar Crossings.

Child Care is available during both services. Adult Education occurs at 9 am.
Sunday School for all children and youth is at 10:30 am.

Christmas Eve
Four (4) worship services are held each year. A special service for families with young children occurs at 4 pm. Three candle light and carol services are held at 6pm., 8pm., and 11pm. The 11 pm. service includes Communion.

Holy Week and Easter
During Holy Week there are special services on Holy Thursday (Maundy) and Good Friday at 7pm. The Holy Thursday service includes a special lite meal and Holy Communion.
On Easter, a Sunrise Service is held at 6:30 am. followed by a continental breakfast.
Regular services are held at the usual times of 9 and 10:30 am.

Outdoor Summer Worship
One Sunday a year in August Cedar Cross holds one service outdoors (weather permitting!) on our property just south of the main building on a grassy hillside and activity court.

Thanksgiving Eve Worship
Each year on Thanksgiving Eve, Cedar Cross joins with churches and other religious organizations of our local area in giving thanks to God the Source of all our gifts. The site for this service changes from church to church, so keep up with Cedar Crossings and our web site for up to date information.

Other Special Times for Worship
As we all know our times are filled with the unexpected, both joyful and tragic, and often world and community-changing. Cedar Cross will strive to respond to these events by providing worship and prayer opportunities to help us connect with God’s grace and comfort as well God’s challenge and call to serve in the name of Jesus Christ. Please continue to connect with our web site, Cedar Crossings email and our church office about these opportunities.

We look forward to your presence with us in the worship of God and the Celebration of the Good News of God’s Love in Jesus Christ here at Cedar Cross! Shalom!
